When will I receive my delivery?
You will receive a confirmation of your order + when it has been shipped.
Once we have shipped your order to Royal Mail they are then liable for delivery of your order. This is normally 3-5 working days and not tracked.
What shipping options can I choose from?
You can choose 1st or 2nd class delivery.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure shipping details are correct at the time of ordering, this cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched.
Any orders not received due to incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer will not be replaced by Flex Sikhi
Returns
What is my returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your product for exchange only.
Is return postage free?
We do not offer free returns postage. Therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs.
